911G 1974-1989

Typical features on the Porsche known as the G-Model included striking safety bumpers. The Porsche 911 was also pioneering in terms of occupant safety: it featured a modernised interior, oriented towards safety with shock-absorbing steering wheel, retractable three-point seat belts and integrated headrests. Thanks to K-Jetronic fuel injection, the 2.7-litre engines offered a significant reduction in exhaust and noise emissions.
